This schedule is subject to change due to how we feel (if we have recovered from previous workouts, for example), extreme weather conditions, or holidays.
If you don't feel like running the workout we have planned for a particular day, just show up and find someone to run with. There are usually a few people who run a few lighter miles instead of the regular workout on harder days, so don't worry!
