Dr. Iain Hunter will be discussing the mechanics of running, including topics such as stride length and rate, various joint angles, and movements at different speeds, uphill, and downhill running. We will also be discussing our training, introducing our new club officers (committee leaders), and deciding on a T-Shirt design. If we have time, we would like to run through everyone to introduce ourselves.
